In addition, a survey will detail other aspects of legislation with which a commercial property has to comply e.g. means of escape, Disability Discrimination Act etc.

Alternatively a Condition Survey could be undertaken on behalf of a Landlord or prospective Tenant, in order that a Schedule can be drawn up to accompany any lease and be relied upon when the Landlord's Surveyor provides a Schedule of Dilapidations.
